Four months from the Governance Commission's review, what progress has been made?

Developments
• Communication from the PR department initially took a leap forward and press release issues remain at a positive pace with some interesting stories coming out of the council.
• Social Media CIC's recommendations were roundly ignored. While ignoring the content would be fair enough, an acknowledgment of the email would at least have been polite. Even an auto-reply to emails sent to council addresses would be progress.
